Good family ambient, beautiful beach, good place to get drunk .

BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!! My parents found a SECURITY GUARD going through their things IN THEIR ROOM!! when they came back from the beach. The head of security was nowhere to be found, and the general manager offered nothing but “more security.” They didn’t feel safe, they left early the next morning to avoid any other issues. NOT A SAFE PLACE!! The security guard tried to act like he didn’t do anything, when another guest saw him leave their room through the balcony!! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Food is ok. Beach is clean and nice. However, The hotel needs to be remodeled, everything is so old and breaking. The “swamp” ride was awful, the truck was about to break down or something it was scary. Staff was rude. Needs more cleaning staff too. There is no elevator! I stayed on the 4th floor. I say new management needed ASAP. We met this one guy and his family that has been going there every year for the last 15 years and he said that this was his last time there due to all of the above and more. One last thing, it was raining on our last night, the water came in to our room it was so annoying. Not worth it.

The food is a nightmare, the customer service was good. But my only complaint is the food, no flavor and of course the quality of the food is the worst. The food at this place is GARBAGE, I don’t recommend this place anymore. That’s why tourist from outside of the country don’t visit this place anymore I remember few years back this place was full of tourists and the food was great. But now this place NO BUENO trust me.

Worst experience of our life! It was such a scary feeling when we went to open our room door and found that it was locked from the inside and then immediately heard foot steps inside our room. I ran downstairs to the front desk (they don't have elevators) to tell them that there was someone in our room and that our door was locked from the inside. Her response was that she would send someone from maintenance to open our room, not even acknowledging the fact that I had told her that there was someone in our room. I ran back upstairs since I was very nervous and concerned for my husband who had stayed by our room to see if he could catch the person in our room. It turned out that it was a Security guard who was in our room and at the moment he heard us trying to come in, he ran out our balcony and into the empty room next door. The guest on the other side were in their balcony when all this happened and came out of their room to let us know that they saw the security guard leave our room and go into the room next door. The clothes in one of our unlocked bags were all over the floor and he had tried opening our other luggage, which thankfully was locked. It was a long night waiting to make a report and waiting for the head of their hotel to come up and talk to us. Just a horrible, horrible experience. They offered no compensation for our bad experiences and only reassured us that they would take care of the individual that was in our room. I would NOT recommend this place.
