On the 2nd floor right on the highway, with the windows open to the road, so the exhaust just pours right in. It's OK for lifting, since that doesn't make me pant too hard, but I would NOT do cardio there. No 2.5 lb plates, smallest weight plate is 5 lbs, so minimum barbell weight increment is 10 lbs – too much for exercises like overhead press. No squat rack, only a Smith machine; only one proper (= non-fixed) barbell.

After going 2 weeks it's definitely adequate. The view is stunning and there is good ventilation with a cross breeze and fans and AC in the small group exercise room. Small space but has all the weight machines and cardio machines I want and offer some free classes but no Zumba as they falsely advertise on their big sign outside. Also exercise balls. Hardly anybody there except for early mornings and after work hours. Also has a steam room which is great if you have allergies or a cold and need to clear your sinuses, lockers and okay bathrooms. And the music is at a low volume and not obnoxious like many gyms. And they provide parking.

Seems like a nice place. I decided to join another Gym in the area.
