Whenever I come to this bank, the ATM service is not available. Mr. manager or managers of this branch should pay more attention to this lousy service.
Although they are usually all cashiers working, people attending the branch are too. Waiting for boxes is not long, but customer service is at least one hour on an average day.
The problem is that it is the only branch of Tonalá Centro, and in Loma Dorada there is also only one. Anyway, the banamex service is a garbage.
Very good service from the person at the entrance, the manager who attended me is a very competent person and 100% committed to helping the client, congratulations and thanks
