TERRIBLE ATTENTION Yesterday I went to pick up a package, they tell me first that they do not know where it is because "they do not have a system", while waiting, I ask again about the new account package and they tell me that they did not leave the truck indicates the receipt of the shipment, they ask for my phone after 2 hours of waiting and they promise to call me, they spend 4 hours and nothing, I decide to go and ask them for the package, to which they respond the same as they do not know where it is, they ask me to wait 30 minutes in what they physically check the truck and the place where they unload the parcel, after the time a young lady comes back and tells me that the package is not there but they give me the option to report it to a 01-800, I just smiled and I retired. It is a pity that they do not have a good control of what we send, as in my case there were two other people, waiting for packages from places different from mine. Moral: DO NOT BE PENDE ..... SEEKING OTHER ALTERNATIVES THAT ARE FACES BUT YOU HAVE MORE COMMITMENT TO YOUR WORK.

They sell you executive service and the only thing you get is bad attention from the staff it is useless I do not recommend this line of trucks at all they are useless buy a ticket to a destination and the truck announced its arrival they do not know if who is going up or who is going down of their units as it is possible that they will sell you a seat number if they do not respect that you get on the truck in a few words there are better lines elsewhere.
