House Gym

It is a very complete Gym, its facilities are very good.

Coach "if you can say it is" inattentive to the client, lack of service and empathy. Zero friendly full of dust and dirty.

Several exercise machines, although some are in a state of deterioration. An instructor only comments on how the machine is used but does not advise how much should be done or what you really want to do, whether for health, lose weight, increase cardio or gain muscle mass. I recommend researching and having your own routine for this gym. Something salvageable is that most machines have an instruction sticker on how to use the device, only that it is in English. It is not very luxurious but also not very obsolete, it covers what is required.
