Good service and attention from the main manager. However, another one of the employees left a bad taste in my mouth, charging my girlfriend 110 extra pesos for adjusting a custom engagement ring, when they never specified that an extra charge should be made. Anyway, those things tarnish the good treatment they had given me. It's not the amount of money, it's the morning

My fiance bought my ring there, but it was a little big, so I went to have it cut, a very kind girl attended me and then made me the note, specifying what the modification would be, did not inform me that it would have an extra cost , Nothing like that. When I went to pick it up, they charged me, I found it weird, since I had purchased the product there. They did not give me proof, nor receipt, of the payment. You have a strange feeling about the shopping experience in this store, the attention is not bad, but the fact of wanting to charge you for everything and not bein that bonus, leaves you with the feeling of being scammed, sometimes one decides to pay for avoid complications or speed up times however you do not have much confidence to return to such a place.
