I take online classes 3 times a week. Strong 💪🏻 and precise workouts focused on maintaining good position, giving strength and agility to the body in general. For kung fu lovers they couldn't be in better hands👏🏻👏🏻.

It is the best school to train traditional Kung Fu, I highly recommend, the camps are incredible and the teacher Jao Lian is a very professional and wise human being. It is a lot of physical work and discipline training, it is worth all the work.
