Dentimex Plaza Mayor

I went in to have an estimated quotation there. Being a foreign I asked them to send me all the information (in English of course provided during the visit) to my e-mail. They said they would send out all the info right after, a good 2 weeks passed and I got no news from them. I paid them a visit to ask for the guy that was supposed to send me the info... he was busy, I decided to leave a note to please get in contact with me about it —nothing happened. I went back later I got the chance to see him right at the desk, I asked what happened?? He simply said that they were not allowed to do any quotation in English (so why would you said you could do it in the first place?!!). My biggest disappointment is that why do I have to be waiting for something that is not coming my way? Why do they give a word and don't even have the decency to contact to let you know that is not happening at all? To my understanding that is very unprofessional and speaks highly of who you are as a whole mediocre business. A high volume of bad service and negative experiences are posted in here, now I see why! Even though I gave them a fair chance of doing business with me (which they didn't care). I hope that my fellows Americans read my review to take this into consideration before doing business with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!

WATCH OUT!!! Terrible references on the Internet and attention, if you plan to do deals with Dentimex, first read the references, I am not the only one who had a bad experience with Dentimex.

I am still waiting for my contract to my email. Since I want to make a partial cancellation of the same dentist there, I do not say the name for protection to him. Unprofessional, mediocre customer service, I make my payments in cash and due to the contingency I have not been able to make the payment since the telephone numbers that they serve are not useful, neither the dentists nor directors know how to give you an answer, they threaten to put A credit bureau without giving you the possibility of a solution to change the payment method, they do not give a date for reopening clinics, nor do they care about the client, lousy, they will end up with lawsuits due to their tricks!
