As a recommendation, I consider that the counter staff should have better preparation, I went to make an appointment for an allergy that I present, I am glad that the clinic is a success and that its spaces are saturated. But in my particular case it is not an aesthetic consultation, if not a situation that although it is not an emergency, it is not something that is going to wait 3 weeks to attend to me, which is when the lady at the reception "makes me book" because until that date they could attend me. I hope that for patients like in my case, who are trusting their clinic, they would offer us another alternative. Since allergies are mentioned in their catalog of services, and I do not consider that any patient with redness, itching, etc. is going to wait for space, obviously we will be forced to discard the clinic as an option to attend to us.
