ENOI Official Normal School of Irapuato

I understand that we are in contingency. But I think there should be service on the line if there is no staff to answer the phones. I've been trying to communicate to the Normal for 15 days and it sounds busy all the time. Is there someone who takes calls and requests from alumni? The same with the mail service, I sent some a month ago and I have not received a response. Does anyone know who one communicates with?
