The long lines, systems down, no AC , lack of competent peraonel, no one gives you information.. no way to know if Im are espending my entire vacations here.. nasty restrooms.. and banjercito never reads the comments.. so will never fix anything..

Being inside waiting in line feels gross. There's A/C, behind the windows though, inside feels hot. Occasionally see someone sweeping and mopping, but what for, it ends up looking the same. This place is just let go. Restrooms are gross, and they charge to go into the restrooms that aren't even maintained. Out of every place I've been to in Mexico, these restrooms are the worst. Unfortunately, can't rate below 1 star.

I ONLY use this because of it's location to our destinations and much safer than other Tx border crossings. But!!! SLOW as (fill in blank) and INM office SUCKS big time. Rude, nasty attitude... Will use INM office at the border in the future.

4 years later restroom is usually coverd in urnine no toilit paper 2 people inside when there 40 people in line
