Terrible service, haughty delivery men, they agree on a date for the service and do not come, they only give excuses, a shame of such beautiful furniture, but with that service they have it was my first and last purchase. They are unpunctual and irresponsible

They deliver in more than 3 months and they are not responsible, buy in another furniture store like Avanti, in Avanti if they are responsible

I would like to express my complaint for a package that I bought on July 14. It was a dining room and a room. After making several calls after the waiting time for delivery nobody was responsible or they called me to offer to deliver things separately I had to make multiple calls to finally deliver the room only. The dining room took another week after they did not have the attention to let me know in time to prepare to receive it. They give me the dining room and after having it in broad daylight we realize that it came beaten from the table and one of the legs. I call to request guarantee and they "raise me a report". That they were going to look for me the next week that was this and they never called me, in the same way we had to call us to see what was happening and they leave with the excuse that the report was lifted but not to the logbook to follow up on what There was no process initiated. I am very disappointed in the service because it has been almost two months since we bought this and now it turns out that due to personnel oversights the furniture arrives badly and they do not give us the service we deserve.

I did not find a zero star option, you had to put one, nice furniture, good service, but the service was too late (Too much) and what else we have to wait whenever they want.
