My package arrived a week and a half ago and I still haven't received it. When I managed to communicate (because they never answer) they told me that on February 15 he would bring it to me and still nothing😡

Terrible service, my package arrived from September 6 and nothing that they wanted to deliver to my home. I went to pick it up at the branch and they couldn't find it, it took more than 45 minutes and in the end they did find it.
