Regular service, due to a pandemic the delay in access to the bank is understandable, however, more boxes should be enabled so that the flow of people is faster.

They kept me waiting for three hours and were unable to solve my problem or even give me an alternative solution. Incredible the passivity of the branch manager and terrible attention, very bad experience.

I went to open an account and they told me that there was no system, I have to go very early in the week because, according to this, only 5 accounts are opened per day, as it is possible that a bank of this magnitude only limits itself to opening 5 accounts per day ? I'm not even a customer yet and they left me with a very bad experience
