I have been with this bank for almost a year and it has been the worst experience, if you are looking for an option HSBC is not the best option, it is the worst decision you can make, stacks with that.

In case the customer service is poor, few executives and to top it all they want to solve it by telephone ... and if not resolved by this means the irony "well you can not ..." or at best they throw the ball between the one of telephone attention and the executive of the branch; It is a headache to go to any HSBC without forgetting the acquaintances of an executive or director who skips the line ... do not want to offer a worse service?
