Short and clear, poorly attended ATMs sometimes stop working out of nowhere, at the bank the bad thing is that they serve very slowly and the line reaches outside and they take hours to advance, nor is the distance respected.

Terrible service. It takes hours to spend with the executives, there are some that you can see that they are not doing anything and still do not attend to you. They have about 3 people "attending" as for a row of 50 people or more, all crowded together and in the middle of a pandemic and that is supposed to be the main branch of Saltillo. A shame. If you can, avoid this branch.
