Very bad service! Do not go there! From a foreign experience I tried to withdraw money from one of their ATM and their system did not work. Turns out they took out the money from my bank and I never received the CASH from the ATM! They stole my money. Muy mal servicio. Me robaron el dinero en al cajero automático y no recibí nada en effectivo. Fuimos a reclamar y duramos 2 horas en la línea de espera...muy mal.

Terrible service, I have requested a checkbook for more than 20 days and they still haven't delivered it to me, I try to call to ask but they don't answer the phone, they make me go around several times to tell me that it is not ready yet.

There is a lot of queue at the multicajero, and there is a lady from the bank helping people make transactions faster, good service :)

Bad service, I was going to make a payment of a credit and to keep charging me interest they gave me all the excuses that occurred to them, they do not worry about the clients' time, they asked me to wait for a call that never came and they wanted to get me out when they still had my documents, my recommendation is to find another bank with more and better services online
