Terrible service, they take too long because the executives are not in their place and there is one that only serves premium but in all the time I waited there was no premium customer !!!

Terrible service, very late and they do not solve anything. As for HSBC, when you need to report a lost card, the page does not work, it is better to recover it through VISA.
