The only thing that didn't seem right to me is that they had to replace my hard drive since it had more capacity than the new one they put me in, I didn't really understand, but hey ... I think they only had to update the windows.

The service leaves much to be desired, they did not put my laptop together well, it was worse and the attitude of service and kindness was great.
