Cafezzito

From the moment my family and I stepped into this cafe we were looked at as if we were from another planet. Not a single of the 4 waiters came to our table until about 15 minutes after being seated. We ordered our drinks and food- we only received the drinks about 20 min later. We finished our drinks and still no signs of our food. Meanwhile other patrons, who arrived after us, received their drinks and food. When I asked why our food was taking so long, our waiter seemed shocked that we hadn't received our food. Isn't this their job, to ensure we receive our order correctly? When the food finally came out, we all received it at different times. Then, they even had the audacity to suggest I leave a 20% tip, which I did, but they honestly did not deserve. Not to mention the group of overly loud children setaed at the table behind us and the moms did not say a single word to them.. This was the worst experiences I have ever had at any establishment. Even street food vendors have provided higher quality service! I suggest better training for all staff at this establishment. They clearly lack the etiquette to be in the service industry.

You really just need to eat here, like, you really, really just need to eat here! The first time I did so was a couple of years ago, and let me tell you, I've been hooked ever since. This place is a strange mix of café and full on restaurant but somehow it still manages to feel more like the former. Their drinks are awesome, their desserts are awesome, the ambiance is awesome, and the food, well, I guess I made myself pretty clear by this point, it's awesome! Oh, they also have a small playing area if you're planning to take kids with you, and a separate smoking area if you dig the occasional puff.

You gotta try the chorizo. It is delish!

We were the only table in the restaurant. The order was incorrect twice, the pizza was terrible, and the service was slow. I have never liked the food here the three times I’ve been.

Good food... Agreable place... Human resources have job to do with the new personal... But well in general... Recommendable
