In the store, the sellers give you information that is a lie and when you want to talk to someone who can solve the problem, they get angry and answer you in a very bad way. They ask me for a folio number when from the beginning they have not given me any more and I do not know what they did to the compressor but it does not work as when I bought it. They are a quality company according to me and how is it possible that after 6 months a compressor that is valued at more than 20,000 pesos breaks down, I am not satisfied. I paid for a new compressor, not a repaired one that still does not provide the service we need. If I wanted a repaired compressor, I would have gone to a used store and it is much cheaper.
