Excellent place to train. Coaches are attentive to your training. The facilities are fine. They have parking. The plans are somewhat strict, just consider the time you can really dedicate to exercise.

I really liked the place, the functional sessions are good, but I didn't like their plans, because the one that is open on schedule, practically forces you to have a nutritional plan. But the training method is good.
