Chichen Adventure

Water was awkward and unclear about cleanliness. Adventure was expensive and a mandatory wait spot for chichin itza. Wasn't overly impressed with the services and the food was awful. ATV trails were boring and I didn't try the horseback riding. The facility is small and is mostly a tourist spot to make you spend extra money on mediocre items and activities.

a representative named karla told us the buffet came in a package and we paid nearly double for the buffet. we came to the park and they told us the buffet was separate, we wasted so much money and when we called back she said it was her fault yet she doesn't do anything to fix it. and they also lied about how it is there's only 1 lifeguard who doesn't get off his phone and the service sucks

There are hardly any activities and the few that are optional are expensive. The prices of products for sale are scandalously expensive. The park is neglected over the whole river that has very dirty water. The food is also quite mediocre: rice, beans ... A boring and uninteresting place that is not worth visiting.

I loved the horse ride and the Maya River, the water is warm and a very beautiful turquoise color because it is cenote water. They have little open and for me I lack the card payment and the buffet was not so varied.
