They do not do money exchange at this location but they informed us of a bank around the corner that did money exchange. Close to the Tizimín sign. We stopped in Tizimín for the bank. I’m glad we did because it was nice to check out the little town.

Service very slow, the slowest in Tizimin. They have very nice facilities, modern ATMs, but when it comes to passing for some reason with an executive, everything gets complicated. the waiting times for you to be attended are too long. I think they should add executives, since there are only 2.

Now you have smart tellers that speed up transactions, nice but slow staff.

Service consultants are not professionals, as they do not respect the assigned shifts when entering the facilities. If you are going to do something with the advisers, be prepared to wait one to two hours of your time waiting for them to vacate.
