The Gym

Great equipment in the cardio area, free weights and machines. The only thing they're lacking is some exercise- , and spinning bikes.

It's a good gym with good machines but it gets too full from 6pm onwards

The people who frequent the gym are very nice, as are the trainers. The facilities have ventilation systems so you will not die of heat inside, although one of the disadvantages that it has is that not all the machines are available, some are under repair. Highly recommended.

It's a good gym, it's good. It has a wide variety of dumbbells and machines, perhaps the service of the instructors is not the best but it is not so necessary if you are a little self-taught and learn little by little. The only detail is that it has air conditioning but they do not always turn it on and sometimes it stinks of sweat. Outside of that, everything's fine.
