Very clean, nice place to stay. Loved the underground warm pool. You will need a car. And be aware that in order for the AC to operate you have to insert your room key card (this makes for a damp humid environment). We are from the gulf coast and it was even humid for us. Lovely wait staff, food was ok. House coffee was excellent per my husband. Firm beds, simple rooms, added bonus...peaceful adults only. I would return.

A place with gorgeous murals, a botanical garden and a cave with thermal bath. The rooms are lovely, orchids on the trees! A very unique place, would love to go back!

We were completely blown away by how unique and relaxing this boutique hotel is near downtown Valladolid. The underground heated cave pool is incredible and the grounds are adorned with Mexican folk art and amazing murals. A hotel like this in Canada would be tripple the price as it is very affordable. All staff were incredibly friendly, especially barmen Luis and Fabian and of course the lovely manager Melania. Can't wait to return!

This place is such a gem!! We drove two and half hours from Merida to go experience this place. 22$ a day pass soak as much as we wanted swam in pool. And thoroughly enjoyed the fusion cuisine. Roasted grasshoppers on guacamole.

This place was amazing! Outstanding service, delicious food, beautiful property, wonderful ambiance. We will be back again. Highly recommended!!
