They have amazing customer service and deal with higher end rentals. They showed us a house for a monthly rental and it was perfect. The rental definitely was a bit more than we expected to pay, but the customer service can't be beat and the lease was in English. I highly recommend.

My wife and I loved the experience we had with Tierra Yucatán, and especially the dedication and service we received from Jen Lytle. Jen was always very responsive to phone calls and emails as we went through the negotiation and closing process. She served as an excellent liaison between ourselves, the buyer and the notario as we were going through the process to establish the bank trust for the purchase of our home in Chuburna Puerto. Jen answered all of our questions, and there were a lot of them, and never made you feel like your questions about the process were dumb. Jen made the process of purchasing a house in Mexico a surprisingly painless process. I would definitely recommend Tierra Yucatán to anyone contemplating purchasing a home in Mérida, or the coastal towns around Progreso. As an added bonus, the relationship between Tierra Yucatán and Notaria Numero 11 went a long way toward the ease of setting up the Fideicomiso and completing the closing on time so that we could move right into our house.
