Cenote Dzonotoch

Nice and calm place that we discovered on our way from Mérida to Rio Lagartos. We were the only guests, so the cenote was completely for us :) the bathrooms are very basic with curtains instead of doors but thats OK for a ranch! The only thing I didn't like was the price policy. There was no official price for the entrada announced.. we were charged 50 pesos per person while others obviously paid 30. The money doesnt matter but I dont like the feeling of running into tourist traps..

It is a beautiful place, very inexpensive and its excellent hosts highly recommended.

It is small but very comfortable. It has palapas to eat or throw the chelita at ease. The water temperature is not very cold. It is small but very beautiful and cared for.

Very good service and the cenote very beautiful The caves an unforgettable experience 100% recommendable Note. If you go to the caves, I would recommend you to wear dark shorts that will be very dirty, not light clothes, do not go down if you have difficulty breathing. Footwear that is washable, preferably tennis.
