Cinépolis La Isla Mérida

Very unintelligent employees Had a discount because I’m a student so it’s half price. The case is that I showed my school id and the employee told me that I could get a half price discount, so I paid the “half price” and I was thinking that everything was fine. The next second she gave me the receipt and I could see that she had taken full price. I told her that I thing she had made a mistake and I told her that 10 seconds ago she told me that I could get the discount, but now she had charged me full price. She told that there were nothing she could do about and she made a “mistake”.

New cinema -- smells new! Picture and sound were excellent. Delicious popcorn -- better than Cinemex. Santa Clara ice cream shop across the corridor from the movies. Ridiculously wonderful ice cream.

It's great the movies could be in English w/ subtitles or Spanish either way in different Salas !

We love this movie theater it is always pretty clean and the plaza it is in is stunning

Confortable, but smaller than Altabrisa or Las Américas. It does not have a VIP special line for tickets or snacks. The picture quality and sound are ok. However, it is a good one, I think just a step below the one in Altabrisa.
