Hilton Garden Inn Merida

For being a hotel set on a great commercial location the rooms where okay the service was also okay and for the price one pays you expect the best service and well that's too say it nicely they could update the service, rooms and also packages being offered.

Been a member of Hilton for quite a while and no matter what country and state i go to , it is ALWAYS a stay at hilton As a diamond member with more than a 1M points no matter what hotel i go to , breakfast its always incluided except here , dont know why 🤷‍♂️ I requested coffee and was told it was gonna be brought up to the room and never showed up Every time room service visited , the towel supply was getting shorter and shorter Asked to use their wine opener and there wasnt ONE in the WHOLE hotel available 🤦‍♂️ Customer service doesnt seem to be their forte here , i do not recommend it nor will i stay here again 👎
