I bought a property in Merida, Mexico few years ago with a help of Casa Yucatan real-estate and construction agency. After the purchase was legally finalized, I began working on reconstructing and renovating the newly purchased property. Gabriela, the owner of the agency is also a licensed architect who was able to put together blue prints and sketches of the new design which included addition of a second floor and other renovations. She also took care of the permit process required to complete the reconstruction. As the documentation process was complete, the construction process was continued by Adam, who is a professional construction engineer with a wide range of experience. Upon completion of the work, I was very satisfied with the final look of my new house. If in the near future, I will be requiring real-estate or construction services, I will definitely use Casa Yucatan real-estate and construction company for any new project.Thanks guys! I visited Merida couple years ago, and absolutely loved it. . After lots of thinking, I made a decision to proceed with purchasing a house. There are many real estate companies to choose from, but Gabriela and Adam from Casa Yucatan Real Estate and Construction were highly recommended. Gabriela is a licensed architect and real estate agent, who knows pretty much all there is to know about the city and its pro and cons. And Adam is a highly educated and professional construction engineer who will provide his expertise and services for a newly bought property whether it needs renovations or construction. With their help I was able to choose the property that best satisfied my needs and expectations, as well as financial aspects of the sale. Adam, Gabriella and their team did an amazing work renovating the house - it is done so well all over - constructionally and aesthetically.
