We went today to get an antigen test before our flight in a few days, and it was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff that we spoke with were polite and friendly! Max, who administered our tests was wonderful and made the experience much more comfortable! Mucho gracias!

We came here for the rapid antigen test due to the new travel order to present a negative COVID test upon entry to the US. Prior to coming, we called and were told we could just show up without an appointment and get tested. When we arrived, we found there were two separate covid testing lines, one for travelers, another for general covid testing. Since we weren’t told to bring our travel docs (passport, visa), we couldn’t get the former test. We then waited in the line for general covid testing for about 30 min before we found out we couldn’t get the general test either since we weren’t showing symptoms. We could have lied, but I think it’s morally wrong to have to lie to get a covid test. Why didn’t the lady on the phone tell us we 1) needed our passports or 2) needed to show symptoms to get a test? Why should one need to be symptomatic to get a test in the first place? You can still be spreading covid when you’re not showing symptoms. The test absolutely should not be limited to symptomatic people. This is a failure on this hospital on multiple levels.

World class service. Very nice service from the medical personnel. Very nice and kind people. Clean and safe.

I don’t speak Spanish and I found everyone super helpful. It was clean and the people were friendly. I saw a doctor quickly and he spoke good enough English that he could help me in English. My only concern might be that he gave me too much medicine, but I do want to feel better 👍 I would go back and recommend the clinic to the people I care about. Gracias 😊😊

I had an emergency and they were great. The doctors speak some English. The nurses were amazing ❤
