Bad service they tell you at an hour that the bus will leave and it leaves earlier and they don't even bother to notify you in the waiting room yesterday I almost lost the bus to Mexico City, I left us and we had to take a taxi to the colotero to to be able to get on and also the terminal staff treated us very badly and apart they got upset so be attentive when waiting for the bus and they don't even bother they will leave earlier
