The rooms are very clean, big and the AC works perfect. On walking distance to multiple cenotes. Also the owner is very friendly and can help with your questions!

Kind, easy-going, attentive owner, Hector. Rooms were very clean and everything worked well. The mattresses were fantastic in our room and we had such a good sleep. Also, nice secure parking available onsite.

Clean, well cared for hotel with incredibly kind and welcoming owners. It felt more like staying with grandma and grandpa than a hotel. The two pools, including one for kids, were shaded by fruit trees. For a few dollars a full breakfast of fruit, bread, jams, eggs, bacon, juice, and coffee was provided
