Unfortunately it was possibly the worst massage we have ever had. We were hoping it would be good from all the reviews. The atmosphere looks nice, but both of the masseuses were terrible. It seemed like they had no training. As if they had never had a massage themselves. There was no pressure either. Just aimless gentle skin stroking. They were very nice and polite, but they just need to be trained in massage. Also it was very cold and they only gave us small towels. We told them about these problems but it didn’t get any better or warmer. I hope the business gets better as it looks nice. They just need better masseuses.

Good place for massages, the girls are super good and very attentive, the same cannot be said of the owner but they rescue the place.

I loved the experience, since I arrived the staff took my temperature and they gave me gel. Barely 2 minutes passed and I was taken to the room where the antique-style decoration enchanted me, making me believe that I was not in Francisco de Montejo but in the center of Merida. I found everything very clean in the same way and the therapist who treated me explained everything in great detail and not to mention the aroma of the oils that I felt exquisite. The time for the massage has arrived and it has already been the best massage that I have received without a doubt and that I am going to get a massage once a month without fail to remove the stress. The only bad thing was that the massage ended. The prices were very good and the promotions were attractive. Congratulations soon I will visit you since you already have a new regular client.
