We ended up here with 3 families unexpectedly thanks to Delta. Everyone couldn’t have been more awesome. From Erick at the front desk to the amazing restaurant staff. Thank you so much!

I stayed with my family. We are from the United States and had to leave Cancun due to the hurricane. We were so lucky to end up at the Hampton INN in Merida. It was great! ALL of staff was amazingly kind, courteous and professional. The food was so delicious!!! Honesty the some of the best service we’ve ever received. Rooms very clean and safe.

My stay there was a nightmare, the air conditioner was leaking water in my room, the floor was wet..due to the Covid, they looks just to take care of them and not of the guests, you have to order breakfast downstairs, and walk with the tray for all the hotel, no admit you to call in and order breakfast by phone, their argument was they don’t have room service, they neither clean the room everyday...I stayed in the same week in different Hilton hotels and the experience was totally opposed to this hotel in Merida....won’t back there again , no recommended.

Great standard offering. No surprises, no hidden charges (unlike car rentals in much of Mexico). In short, really like the stress free stay offered by Hampton inn!
