Terrible attention of the executives, and they only give the information that suits them 😠👎👎

Very bad customer service they make you wait a lot outside on the street in the sun and there is only one cashier at the window it takes hours to go to the branch

Terrible service. The staff is not trained. None of the three ATMs that was on duty knew how to receive a payment from the UNAM.
