As always when they want to sell you they are the kindest, but after making the sale they stop talking to you. I bought a used one which they gave me with a circulation permit because I had not yet registered my license plates, they promised me that in a week they would have it ready. 2 weeks passed and nothing, their pretext was that they had no manager. So they brought me a month and a half, I had to write to the head office for follow-up, while I could not circulate freely in my car because I am in CDMX. As the invoice letter they issued me was no longer valid, I had to beg them to send me another one. Months later I requested another invoice letter and they never answered me, neither by mail nor by phone. Terrible service from the pre-owned manager and other people. I also asked if the car had not been crashed and they told me over and over again that no, they would never have a car so it was crashed, when in fact it had a blow to the front right and the fascia was repaired. Do not trust the agencies, they are worse than dealing with an individual.

Appalling!!! The brand isn't that great, due in large part to the lousy resale price of the units. The prices are inflated, the ones that the sellers tell you do not match the ones on the Seat website, I would recommend taking the page or at least a screenshot of the price of the model, year and version that interests you on your cell phone so they don't see your face. If you are interested in a basic, austere version or a certain color, be prepared for the sellers to tell you that it is impossible to get it (the plant closed, it is in Spain and it takes time to arrive, it is no longer produced, the units are sold out), but that they offer you a more equipped one in the color they want, even in cash. If they notice that you do not give in, unexpectedly the model and version you ask for will appear, yes, in the color they say (one that does not sell much, usually is white). Also be careful with their guarantees, the parts are Spanish, there are some compatible between seat and VolksWagen, but this is not always the case. It is not a good idea to provide your cell phone number so that they can send you quotes or information, sellers are super aggressive and will bombard you with messages, almost demanding that you confirm what day and time you come to close the deal, and if you tell them that you no longer You are interested or something like that, they will insist that for quality reasons they need to know if they did something wrong or what is the reason why you give up (the same question as with Das Weltauto, from VW group), it is just a trick to give you more of "their offers", you will not shake them off until you stop responding to their messages, rude as it sounds.
