The cars have details such as that the transmission is hard and somewhat obsolete in their automatic versions (except those with CVT transmission), the models are austere for their price ... The truth is that although the above is true, they are battle cars , enduring, maintenance is not expensive and they fulfill what they promise (I say it from my own experience), that if, they devalue stronger than brands such as Honda or Volkswagen. An advantage is that their financing is much more practical than almost any other brand. All the information you need can be asked at the agency, their salespeople are friendly and relatively honest, and although they are insistent, they are much less aggressive than those of agencies like Seat or Honda, they will not annoy you so much if you ask them for information so that They send it to your cell phone, and they always get you the version and the color that you ask for, when I went with them they did not try to sell me the more expensive versions or the less commercial colors with tricks as has happened to me in other agencies. Take a test drive to make sure you have the type of car you are looking for, they make it easy for you to bring your INE and your license (it's free).

I did not like the attention in maintenance, for starters the maintenance manager is not careful; Take my car for your first service (luckily I bought my car from another Renault agency in another state) to begin with they put my data all wrong (my name, house number, neighborhood, etc.), I immediately informed the head of maintenance to which I reply that it would not be a problem if the serial number of the car was good enough, I said ok, I do not want to be pedantic either and I was in a hurry, going to the cashier to pay the service, I tell the cashier The same as some data was wrong, even my plate number was incorrectly written down, to which she responds if it was tax data, to which I replied that no, do not request an invoice and then she says no problem, ok I let it pass ... I received my car, check that it was in good condition, and as a good Mexican I let it pass and I immediately retired; later at my home I start to review all the car data in detail and my surprise was that to date it was wrong, badly placed seals that were barely distinguishable, erroneous mileage (they increased more than two thousand kilometers), version of the car etc. So I called the agency to immediately tell them what had happened and they passed me to the manager who, if she was very kind, told me that I would show up at the agency to make all the changes; I show up at the agency, he treats me kindly but he tells me that at that very moment they were not going to be able to make the changes but that as soon as I had them they contacted me and it is the time when they do not communicate with me, I call and they do not respond ... I am very upset and I know that part of the blame I have to pay them but they are supposed to be there, to check that everything is in order and not only me who was in a hurry on that day, there are many people who also have their duties and not It is fair that due to their poor service and lack of attention they make us lose more time ... and above all, they give BAD SERVICE since the data is important for guarantee and future services.
