Lack of medication and pity service to serve people. The lady with red hair became very powerful and denies access to MEDICINE for people who request it. And it is very unpleasant to be in an environment where a person occupies a medicine is denied by only his ego. Please people really occupy medicine and the lady that this position has no right to deny something so important for her ego. This really was inhuman and without moral to the people who also pay tickets and make a long run to attend the hospital and take the disgust of being rejected by a crippled lady. Sorry but if it gives a courage to know there are people like that immoral
