There is a bit of a mess despite the current situation

There are too many people and doctors can be a bit slow. Not all people have a good deal. They can lend you a wheelchair if you need it during your stay in that clinic, it has access to ambulances, it has urgencies and toco-surgery. They also have a laboratory and x-ray area.

They never answer the phone, it's an emergency and they don't answer very bad

It is assumed that having insurance has a cost in your salary, not like my mom asked for independent analyzes about some balls in the matrix when the doctor arrived, she was wrong in what she asked for and again asked for other analyzes and they are not cheap as to do one after another and that if you do not return with them in a month (when it is more serious) that kind of thing makes you doubt about the benefit of having insurance hopefully had more consideration about the situations to which they expose service users
