Very helpful, kind and collaborative. They do everything to help you understand the situation and try to reach the result you need - within the understandable legal limitations and requirements.

They are very attentive but sometimes lack a bit of tact, the policemen at the entrance are also cordial but they lack knowing how to explain themselves with ease and kindness

If those of this immigration office were so kind and they would meditate if they have my son there as they would like me, they took him on Sunday in a group of 6 teenagers, please, I'm sad for my son.
