The receptionists speak in a very low tone, apart from the noise from the outside it is difficult to hear clearly, the waiting rooms are really very small and have a small television, their chairs are very comfortable although they do not have many chairs to sit on, There are no vending machines where you can buy some candy after waiting for your patient for hours and if you come out but the guard did not see you, they will not let you go back in because only one person is allowed with the patient, on the other hand the doctors and the nurses are very friendly, in the operating room area they care a lot about hygiene and do not let you pass unless they give you a suit to avoid dirtying. The guys who are in charge of transferring patients are very busy and I imagine it is due to a lack of staff but that does not take away from their friendliness.

Very good fast service and very friendly way

I went to have my blood pressure taken, and the nurse (tall, bald, about 55 years old), treated me very badly, even used rude words when I told him that no doctor had sent me to check my blood pressure. In the end it is a service and if I am paying for it I expect at least a cordial treatment.
