Good service, unbeatable attention by the staff, the only thing I did not like is the service of the bathrooms, always dirty, no matter what area they are in

Lousy service, they give me an appointment for August 30, and at the end when I arrived with my daughter, they tell me that there was no appointment why the doctor was on vacation and that they did not notify me to cancel. That disrespect travel more than two hours for this and spend for nothing. How consolation that if he wanted an adult doctor attended. And that this would give me the appointment again so that the pediatrician will already value it. There is no professionalism or seriousness.

It is very good service and therapies and I improve a lot of my heel and my knee. The therapists are very dedicated in their work. What I do not like very much is that some doctors (as) when they pass the patients laugh as they mock them (I observe it together with other reception staff) that is a lack of respect for the patient and lack of ethics of the worker being a government dependency.
