Hotel Plaza Sol Veracruz-Boca del Rio

The staff were generally friendly but the bed was rather hard and the sheets felt like paper. We had breakfast and the food was very ordinary. Still it is in a great location and the weather was perfect!

Excellent attention from all the staff, their rooms very clean, modern and comfortable, the pool although I like them more spacious and deep is heated and it was very helpful. I love that it is a 10-minute walk from Playa Mocambo. Thanks for everything!

I loved. Clean, quiet, comfortable, delicious food, spectacular heated pool. Good location 3 minutes from the beach walking.

They advertise fake prices! Today 26 / Dec / 2020 I drove next to the hotel and saw the attractive price of 699 pesos (plus taxes) per night, but it is a total deception, because when I entered the reception they told me: oh no, those prices are no longer. .. the manager did not want to remove the announcement of that price, the cheapest room costs 1,250 pesos! The truth is in very bad taste that they announce something and that they do not have a word to honor what they announce ...

The hotel is beautiful but the service is terrible, the bellboy Anderson helped us bring things to the room but he deviated for a moment and came back with less things, he stole three bags and a box. We reported it to the reception and they could not help at all. It was the first time we got there and it will be the last bad experience.
