They agreed to have the document the next day and it took 15 days. They made us go around several times. We called to confirm, Lic. Dulce confirmed that the document that we could pass was ready and when we arrived she did not have it and did not even apologize. Very informal and the treatment is not the best.

Super slow procedures, they make you spin even when the service was already paid. I've been waiting 5 months for some deeds and they still don't have when.
