The branch staff as always pushy, poorly educated, poorly prepared, too late in their operations, both executives and cashiers. Today, February 23, 2021, I showed up at 9:35 a.m. to go with an executive and it was 10:16. There were 3 executives of which one the whole time I waited was with a client, the other "executive" the whole time I waited was with her cell phone, (apparently working) and the another "executive" talking on the phone and looking at her computer, the deputy director on the phone as well.

Due to its location in this bank there is a good service and they are fast procedures because there are not so many people.
