This hotel does not accept booking by telephone calls. You have to write an email and transfer money through banking. When we asked for information before transfering money, the responses were prompt. After we transfered over 2,000 pesos and over 2 weeks ago, they do not respond anymore. We have to call and we would be answered a Mexican style. "We will check the email in a moment and give you a response". Until today after 15 days, we have not received any written confirmation of how much we paid or what dates we booked for. No receipt of any kind. Just do not make any reservation at this hotel and do not transfer any money!!! Very unprofessional.
