The reception takes care of you reluctantly, it happened to me once when asking for a room they told me that they did not have available, and I seeing that they had a lot of keys available. Since that time I have not returned. Not because the rooms are bad, in fact they are very comfortable, if not because of the treatment you are given.
It is a hotel that has the basics. If you are looking for something better there are other better options in Huejutla
