One of the best Zoo I have ever visited after San Diego Zoo. The amazing path takes you to wildlife and more... MUST visit zoo. And by the way, you pay about US $100 to hug the 2 weeks old tiger!!! Enjoy the pictures and go to zoo! 🐒🦍🦧🦁🦊🐴🐕🦓🦌🐅🐗🐖🐫🦙🦒🦛
It was an amazing experience! However, like many before said, the living conditions for many of the animals are terrible. With facemasks, the smell wasn't horrible, but that's all depending on your olfactory tolerance. Out of the countless zoos we have been to, this one by far had the most active feline life we have ever seen. Not just the tiger, panther, or loin cubs, but in each of the adult pens. Although their pens were small, almost every cat was active and visible. I've never been so close to an adult lion in my life. Obviously much of all of the animal activity is due to us being able to feed them, but we had no food for the cats so that was odd. As many others have said, if you are active on animal rights, THIS PLACE ISN'T FOR YOU! I was on the thought process that it's already occurring, at least I can go see and possibly go provide some financial support. It was worth it.
Fun day trip, we held the baby Tigers which was really neat but I couldn't help but feel sorry for a lot of the animals here. Most of them are alone in dark cement cages, no friends, no toys and just a water dish. It smells awful too. Considering this is Mexico, I understand they probably don't have much funding for the Zoo. So with that being said, at least they have a home. You can hold exotic baby animals here and hand feed large animals as well.
Visited in Feb 2014 . Super fun. I loved it . Played with baby tigers and feed giraffes 🥰 I wonder if the park still allowing the visitors to feed the animals due to the covid. I really want to go back.
Something is not right about this place... most of the animals looked depressed to me. Maybe is the caging prison like or they just bored. We paid for our kids to have the interactive experience, I thought that was a rip off for the price that we paid. If you go there, just do regular admission and dont let this be your entire day tour!
